1. Your Purchase Agreement
1.1 By providing your email address, you agree to receive monthly reminder ‘Flush and Forget’ emails together with occasional promotional emails. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
1.2 If we are unable to deliver a product to you, we shall advise you promptly and credit your account with the value of the product immediately.
2. Your Guarantee – Up to 6 Months
2.1 All Bio-Gard products are manufactured to the highest standards. If any product you receive is faulty or damaged, we will replace it free of charge or fully refund the cost.
2.2 In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with anything, you may return the remaining product within 6 months for Muck Munchers XL and Mega Munchers (30 days for other products) for a full refund.
2.3 Before returning a product please contact us. We want to be able to provide help and advice to overcome any problem you are experiencing. If we require the product to be returned, we can then advise the returns process.
2.4 We will at all times endeavour to help you with any problem you experience or any requests for advice you make, to ensure our products perform as described on this website.
2.5 This Guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
4. Prices and Payments
4.1 Prices quoted include UK VAT where appropriate at the current rate.
4.2 Credit and debit card payments for your purchases are collected at the time of ordering.
4.3 Promotional and money-off vouchers, coupons and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with a similar scheme, have no cash value and may require you to redeem them by a specific date to be valid.
5. Your Delivery
5.1 Orders are normally delivered within 5-7 working days.
5.2 Shipping Charges shown on this website apply to UK and EU. For shipment to non-EU countries further charges may apply.
6. Our Liability to You
6.1 We shall not be liable for any loss caused or consequential and/or subsequent loss, exceeding the price paid for any item, plus delivery charges.
7. Use of this Site
8.1 You may view or print individual pages from this site for your own personal use but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, re-sell, display, post or transmit any part of this site without our written permission, other than to share information on a limited basis for the benefit of Bio-Gard Limited.
